The duration of the show is approximate 90 minutes:

• 40 min – first part,
• 15 min – break,
• 35 min – second part.

Price:

• table seating (at the front, by the stage) : 120 PLN per person
• row seating (behind the tables): 100 PLN per person

Welcome drink included in the ticket price.

The number of spots is strictly limited to ensure the event’s exclusive nature.

Terms and Conditions

Show

• The duration of the show is approximate 90 minutes:
  • 40 min – first part,
  • 15 min – break,
  • 35 min – second part.
• Krakow Tours is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, acts of God, misconnections or related expenses to/from flights or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Once your place an order on the show is confirmed any cancellation or change will be subject to cancellation penalties or change fees.

Location

• The show take place at Hotel Galaxy**** at Gęsia 22A st. in Krakow.

Language

• The show is performed in Polish, but it uses very little spoken text and is designed so it can be easily translated into English (or other languages) when needed.

Cancellation and refunds

• Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.
• Krakow Tours will not refund any money due to arriving late for tour. 
• Claims should be submitted to Krakow Tours by Jordan Group in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the show and must be accompanied by appropriate documentation evidencing amounts to be refunded

No shows

• Krakow Tours will not refund unused or partially used features tickets.

Law: 

• Customer contract with Jacek Legendziewicz Jordan Group – the owner of Krakow Tours brand – is subject exclusively to Polish Law and Jurisdiction for Polish Tours and Packages and any other travel arrangements.
• Jordan Group reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without notice to you.
• Your continued use of the krakow-tours.pl constitutes your agreement to the then current Terms and Conditions.
